Mr. Baldassarre is a graduate civil engineer and seasoned construction professional with more than 35 years of experience in the Surety and Construction industries. Prior to joining CSF, Mr. Baldassarre acted as a Staff Engineer within the Claims Department of a Philadelphia-area Surety. Mr. Baldassarre’s duties include all aspects of claims investigation, as well as general coordination and administration of performance and payment bond claims activity. Mr. Baldassarre has worked on a variety of construction projects, in the public and private sectors, throughout the Eastern United States. Mr. Baldassarre has extensive experience in estimating and project management including scheduling.

Noteworthy assignments which Mr. Baldassarre has managed or assisted in resolving include the completion of a 100-ton crane barge for the Army Corps of Engineers, the analysis of wide bid spreads, including quantitative cost estimating for entire or partially completed projects, the completion of refrigeration systems for a produce warehouse in Philadelphia, PA, several security sensitive projects for major transportation systems and government agencies, the completion of heavy concrete construction sewage overflow underground storage in NYC, multiple sewage treatment plant upgrade and expansion projects in the mid-Atlantic states, completion of multifamily affordable housing projects in several mid-Atlantic states, and school construction projects throughout the mid-Atlantic states.
