MATT PREZIOSI

Mr. Preziosi is an Assistant Project Manager/Assistant Construction Supervisor with experience on a wide-range of commercial construction projects. In addition to his duties coordinating completion work, and managing commercial construction logistics, Mr. Preziosi is experienced in generating project close-out packages for a number of municipal agencies. Mr. Preziosi has actively managed the completion and closeout of several large-scale public projects in the New York area. In addition to his skills managing ongoing construction projects, Mr. Preziosi is a knowledgeable claims analyst that has managed and resolved payment bond claims across several projects.
