Ms. Ackermann has 25+ years of experience in various aspects of accounting, including construction accounting administration. Ms. Ackermann’s experience includes analysis of books and records, determination of contract status, analysis of approved and pending change orders, reconciliation of payment requisitions, implementation of accounting controls to maintain joint-control checking accounts, preparation and monitoring of subcontractor and vendor payments, including partial and final releases, analysis of Payment Bond claims, development of costs-to-complete schedules, and preparation of financial reports and financial assistance to project managers.
