Joseph Spinelli 

Mr. Spinelli is a commercial construction project manager that also specializes in environmental regulations. Mr. Spinelli has gained experience in the environmental and construction industries throughout his career as a consultant and project manager.  His recent experience includes management of underground electrical and natural gas utility installation, and management of environmental compliance for the JFK Airport Terminal 4 Redevelopment program. At CSF, Mr. Spinelli utilizes his technical background and experience to facilitate the completion of large-scale commercial construction projects.
