Mr. Emmart is a Senior Project Manager with significant experience in the Construction and Surety industries. Mr. Emmart’s expertise includes but is not limited to: project scheduling, supervision of project completion, enacting/administering construction quality control, procurement and installation of construction materials and supplies, maintaining daily records and logs of on-site field force including manpower and equipment, accurate reporting of daily material deliveries and installation by various contractors, preparation and coordination of project payment requisitions, as well as the review and assessment of all subcontractors and supplier invoices submitted for payment. Mr. Emmart has managed large-scale commercial projects throughout the Unites States including but not limited to: various infrastructure projects, renovation of existing schools, residential buildings (including large high-rises), commercial buildings, roadways, bridges, tunnels, subways, resorts, and natural disaster work.
