JOE QUINTO

Mr. Quinto is a seasoned, hands-on construction project manager with over 35 years of nationwide experience in a variety of private and public sector projects. Mr. Quinto has experience as an owner’s representative, general contractor and construction manager affording him valuable perspective on active projects. Mr. Quinto has also held senior management positions with several major corporations managing complex construction projects, renovations, re-models, new buildouts, ground-up construction as well as nationwide retail roll-out programs. Mr. Quinto has managed / coordinated projects ranging from convenience stores, gasoline stations, car washes medical facilities, restaurants and retail stores to telecommunication infrastructure, NYC high rise condo buildings, NYC affordable housing buildings, NYC MTA flood mitigation projects and the NYC MTA East Side access project.
