Christopher Greenwood

Mr. Greenwood is an onsite senior project manager and joined CSF in 2023. Mr. Greenwood has experience in the project management of commercial construction projects of various size and scope. Mr. Greenwood’s management abilities extend from general construction practice to the management of complex takeover and project completion arrangements. Mr. Greenwood participates in progress and coordination meetings with general contractors, architects, engineers, owner representatives and other construction managers to facilitate and maintain progress toward a scheduled deadline. His duties also include working through technical issues, understanding and administering change orders, procurement of critical material and equipment, and coordination obstacles among all trades. During completion work, Mr. Greenwood will coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical, logistical, and commercial issues that may arise.
