PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Durr is an onsite construction project manager and joined CSF in 2013 just prior to obtaining his BS in Project Management from Philadelphia University. Mr. Durr has gained experience on various project scopes and sizes ranging from total takeover to partial takeover projects, performing as manager for subcontractor and general contractor defaults. Mr. Durr participates in progress and coordination meetings with general contractors, architects, engineers, owner representatives and other construction managers to facilitate and maintain progress toward a scheduled deadline. His duties also include working through design issues, change orders, long lead items, and coordination obstacles among all trades.
Mr. Durr specializes in managing quality assurance inspections, monitoring, and documenting daily activities, transmitting submittals for review, overseeing change order processes, and coordinating material and equipment deliveries. In addition, Mr. Durr has experience with close out procedures which include preparation of owner’s manuals, training videography, as-built documentation, and punch-out completion.
With the ability to adapt to various projects, Mr. Durr is well versed to provide adequate construction project management during all attributes of the construction completion process. Mr. Durr has work on notable projects including the DD stadium in CT, Voorhees Fire Station in NJ, and South Beach Psychiatric Facility in NY.
