Background
Mr. Ouellette is a Senior Construction Manager with over 15
years' experience in the construction sector. Mr. Ouellette's experience
includes work for the Aetna as an in-house engineer in Aetna's Surety Claims
and Underwriting Departments. Mr. Ouellette is also a Certified Safety
Professional with vast experience with the safety aspect of rigging, fall
protection and debris containment.
Recent Experience
- As a Construction/Engineering Consultant at Aetna Life & Surety, Inc.,
Mr. Ouellette's duties included technical support on engineering and
construction-related issues providing consultation to the Engineering, Claim,
Bond and Underwriting Departments involving construction projects throughout
North America.
- As a Project engineer for an engineering design and construction management
firm, Mr. Ouellette's duties included construction management and onsite
overview of the structural, mechanical, electrical and site work for fast-track
construction projects. Projects included airport terminals and concourses,
resource recovery plants, water treatment plants and bridge and highway
construction.
- While President of Sinco, Inc., a manufacturing company producing commodity
and specialty fall protection products for the construction industry, Mr.
Ouellette's duties included: CEO; head of customer service, sales and
marketing, regulatory affairs; and supervision of production, accounting and
construction operations. At the same company, Mr. Ouellette acted as Vice
President and General Manager responsible for the supervision of production,
accounting and quality assurance managers.
- As Director of Engineering, Mr. Ouellette started up an East coast
Operation overseeing the manufacturing and engineering for a construction firm,
coordinating with tenants for design and construction of their respective
spaces.
- As Vice President of Operations and Engineering, Mr. Ouellette supervised
all manufacturing, engineering and construction activities for a national
rigging and construction company, and held the contractor's license for the
firm in California and Nevada.
- Mr. Ouellette acted as President/Owner of a start-up company specializing
in the design, fabrication and installation of customized debris containment
systems.
