included: development and use of testing methodologies; functional testing; data
validation testing; regression testing; confidence testing; preparation of testing
environment; resolution of errors; and creation of test plans, project plans and project
assessments.
As a technical consultant for a financial services firm, provided troubleshooting and
repair and installation of PC's, MAC's and server-based systems, hardware and
software. Acted a customer service technician and administrator. Performed cabling
installation for school and business LAN configurations for CAT 5.
